Development Center accepts people with special needs after they have finished primary school. The goal is through independence studies and arts activities develop the learners social and practical skills for everyday life and to prepare people with special needs for training and work.

Development Center also offers home economics. Home economics is for students with basic education. The purpose is to get vocational secondary education and skills that are needed to work in accordance with professional standards.

Learning takes place in cooperation with the Kopli Vocational School. After finishing the students will get the certificate from Kopli Vocational School.
